GYPSY IN THE MOOD

_MG_7019 copy
Hi, flowers ! Hope ya all doin fine :) Here is the 'Gypsy' post that I gave you the sneakpeak on my "Gypsy and A Little Update - Part 1" blogpost. I actually still have many amazing shots of it but I just don't upload 'em all. I really wanted to wear this sweet skirt by Moshaict Hijab Store that day, without ended up looking too sweet. I got inspired by gypsyan style. but sill didn't wanna look too much, and comfortable, because that day the weaher was kinda cold, so this is what I came up with.
matches it with my fringes cardigan, which is pretty thick, I just  love! the fringe, super love this cardigan, the color also pretty much the same with the skirt. I wrapped my headscarf into a simple turban, with one side tale. because I think turban works best on this kind of style. as you can see I didn't play too much colour on this outfit because I wanna keep the calm look.

ALL RED AND A LITTLE UPDATE - PART 3

Hi, blogwalkers ! Thankyou for jumping in to my blog. How's you day ? Hope it was great :)
This post is gonna be the last post of me sharing a bit, to give you an idea what did I actually do on my last semester break, probably this also could explain a bit why I didn't update my blog for that long..

Read Part 1 and Part 2 on previous posts first before continuing to read this post.

"Gypsy and A Little Update - Part 1"

"Rose and A little Update - Part 2"

After arriving at Jakarta from my short visit to Malaysia, The 'There gon be even more amazing days' begin.. I couldn't hold my big smile!
The main reason I went back to Indonesia on my semester break is because I am being the Brand Ambassador of Mazaya Cosmetics. We did some photoshoots, and had some events that I should attend. I've posted some of the behind the scene photos, and a video on instagram. So this was my biggest priority during my days there. I was extremely excited about this :) Thankyou Mazaya for this big Opportunity. I am a proud brand Ambassador of Mazaya Cosmetics!

I did also some photoshoots with Moshaict Hijab Store, it's always lovely to be working with them . We're also collaborating in a book making. I am glad to be a part of. I can not wait for them to launch. Because I know there will be amazing shots inside the book, and I cannot wait to share to you what's inside the book. There will be me talking about myself more there, my thoughts, and some about my personal life. Which I probably never share before to you in my blog. because that is not my intention here, I try to be more focus on sharing about my passion and mostly Fashion. sometimes art and music too. can't wait for the book! make sure, you don't miss to have it !

and so many other little activities which means a lot to me..
but these were the biggest point haha..

Well, you have no Idea how happy I was to be back to Indonesia last holiday. Eventhough the main reason was to work work and work, but at least I got little time to see my beloved ones again, just a little time, but Alhamdulillah. I tried to appreciate all the moment with everyone that time. that's why I didn't really have time to be calm down, sit, think in front of my laptop and to write something. I know you understand this :)

I think I was productive enough on my last semester break, I am kinda proud of myself at this point. Eventhough, It could be better actually lol *don't slap me. "A little proud to yourself is needed !" , note that !
well, actually.. I feel like am the one who should note that to myself. Let's just be honest... I am kinda bad at this sometimes, being proud of myself. Is this new for you? You've never guessed it before? That's great though haha. Well, I think it's normal. people sometimes feel that way. don't you ? or it is just me ? ... But... too much is bad. We should have feel that way more often. It doesn't mean to 'show off',  to let the people or the world see how great you are. It is just for between you and yourself. To aprreciate, to respect yourself more. It also mens to praise to our creator, Allah.  she/he (your ownself) is gonna like it, and probably do even better next time.. you should do it to yourself, we should, I should..
Resepect yourself! Love yourself! Be proud of yourself ! cause no one can do this better than you :)

Some photos of my outfit while I was attending a wedding party in Indonesia. All Red, accessoriesed with my white flower necklace to still get the 'young' feeling. I love this simple look. but the 'All red' makes it looks gorg! and the satin fabric of the dress simply makes it looks glamour, without trying too hard.

70s MODEST STREET STYLE

Hello, Divas! Remember about the photoshoot Langstonhues and I did in Malaysia, for his book project "Modest Street Fashion" on my last semester break? It was hot on social media, and it still is. I've posted some photos and infos about this activity on my instagram, and also on my "Gypsy and A Little Update - Part 1" blogpost on the last paragraph. I received some of behind the scene photos from one of the beautiful malaysian girl I met there, taking part also in this project. Thankyou RNadia Sabrina from RNadia Sabrina for taking time to email me these photos :)

I had amazing time there, with Langstonhues, Iman Salam from Faithfully Yours who manages this whole photoshoot activity, she is so kind.  with RNadia  Sabrina and family, With malaysian fashionista, with the phenomenal - one and only Wakdoyok , with the fabulously stylish Shahar Abdul Salam , with all of the people who participated this project, all of the cool people I met during this activity which I can not mention one by one, but you know for sure who you are!
Oh and not forget to mention all of the people who was excited to finally found me in Malaysia, took some photos, you're all so sweet ! Thankyou :)

And... Here it is, One of many shot of me taken by the talented Langstonhues. Well, let's take a look at this piece of art !

photo-1
Captured by Langstonhues
Location : Bukit Bintang, Malaysia

I decided to wear one of my most favourite piece of all time in this photoshoot, which is "Bell Bottom" pants. I am a fan of this kind of trousers. I wish I had it in all colours. Too sad it is so hard to find in this era. Please bring 'em back!

I matches this outstanding pants with my vintage Floral printed blazer ( oh yees , I looove cool blazer! ) with the same colortone. White plain top to balance the whole outfit. Black headscarf wrapped one sided ( I almost always make this kind of headscarf style whenever I am wearing a wide hat ). the black headscarf matches the handbag, the line on my hat and actually the shoes ( but you can not see it haha ). I must say that I am satisfied enough by this look. I look so rockin' 70s! in a modest way :)

Anyways, It was an honored for me to take a part of this project. we're all one making international art. I cannot wait for the book, It'll be released worldwide, InshaaAllah :)

ROSE AND A LITTLE UPDATE - PART 2

Hi, lovely hearts! How's your weekend ? hope it was great!
Continuing the previous post, sharing a bit about what was I actually up to on my last semester break..

... ( read the previous post first before you read this, or you're just gonna get lost)
You know, because the time was very limited, I didn't get chance to do many things in Malaysia. But on the second day my Malaysian bloggers set a little meet up at KLCC so quickly, luckily we made it Alhamdulillah. There was Shea from My Amethyst , Jezmine from Jezmine Blossom and her husband, Natasha from My Soul Speaks with her daughters and I. That was the first time Natasha and I met each other. She is an artist, and well known in Malaysia. It was really great to be with these lovely people. really, I mean it. I was alone from nowhere and they are all so welcome, sweet and positive minded. My other Malaysian blogger, Ami, was really excited when we tried to set time for a meet up, but too sad she couldn't make it. And it's more sad that now she really leaves us all.If you're active on instagram and follow my account, I've posted a photo of her, and told you what happened.

Innalillahiwainnailaihirajiun.. Ami shcaheera from Ami schaheera has passed away since about 4 weeks ago. She was battling Leukimia for a number of years. She was really sweet an a positive person. truly inspiration. Rest in peace our friend, Ami, and may you find love in the arms of God.
I really wish I had chance that day to meet her, but Allah knows best, I believe..

Closer look of my Outfit that day!
Feelin' casual. I didn't want to play too much on color that day, I wanted a casual simple look but still look effortless chic. that's why I choose to wear this blazer with a little touch of red floral print. I matched it with black top, black headscarf and wrapped it simply, black wedges, to focus more on my printed blazer and makes this beautiful piece looks more stand out..

Many good things happened, and I met many new people while I was in malaysia. I was impressed by this short visit. The people I met, All of 'em were so nice and postive. I love being among positive people. It's just something that I can not forget and truly appreciate. Shout out to all of the people I met there! If you are reading this, thank you, thankyou for your smiles, all of your kindness, thankyou for the time, thankyou for welcoming me, thankyou for everything. I wish you all have a great life! and hope to meet you again next time :)
Oh I wish I could stay longer, or probably I should come back again sometime, InshaaAllah..

Back to Jakarta in the morning on my third day,
Schedules're awaits! But I was excited too :)

GYPSY AND A LITTLE UPDATE - PART 1

Hi everyone! How are you doing? How's life? I hope everything's fine, you're all happy and healthy. I know, I know it's been a long time since my last post. I didn't really have time to be calm, sit down, relax in front of my laptop, think about words I should wrote on my blog. Cause.. I don't know, it's like there were so many things going on on my head and I didn't know what should I tell you first. Don't you sometimes feel the same way ? or it is just me?.. but today is holiday! yesterday I've told myself, that today I must! I have to really take time to say Hi to you all through my blog! and Here I am, with my ass on my bed, laptop, socks on, realaxing music playlists keep playing, the birds are singing beautifully on this spring morning, thinking, and relaxing.. Just want to let you know that there actually many things happened lately. So let me tell you a bit about what happened in this last view months..

In the beginning of February I had exams, soo many exams because it was the end of the first semester at college, You, college people, probably know how it was like. After all the exams are done, I was having a semester break until the begining of April which is this month. I spent most of my semester break in my hometown, Indonesia. Yes, as you've seen on my instagram post. I've told you there and posted some photos while I was in Indonesia. I updated more on instagram cause it's just easier and quicker. So go follow my instagram ( indahnadpuspita ), come and say hi!

back to the story... After arriving at Jakarta-Indonesia early morning, I took a flight to malaysia the next morning to do a photoshoot with "Langstonhues". He's a photographer from US-America who's working on his project, he's gonna make a book, called "Modest Street Fashion". He flies all over the world to capture modest street style. He came to Indonesia as well, but I didn't make it. It was too late for me to the the photoshoot in Indonesia cause I was on my way from Germany to Indonesia. but Thank God we've talked a lot through phone and finally arrange to meet in Malaysia. I was too afraid I could't make it also in Malaysia because, my flight From Germany to Dubai got 3 hours delayed. It means that I wouldn't be able to cacth my next flight from Dubai to Indonesia on the time it was supposed to be. After arriving at Dubai, we ( the passager who continue the flight to Indoneia ) have to wait for the next flight Information, They couldn't make sure if we could make it to next flight because the seat was full they said. Oh God it was a terrible experience. Being in the middle of nowhere, and didn't know how long should we wait. I was with 4 new german friends, and 1 new Indonesian friend. We've talked a lot, we tried to cheer up each other, we made jokes, ate together, I must say that we actually had good times together but not in a good time, you know what I mean haha. Thank God we still got a flight that day, after 7 hours of waiting. and Thank God it means that I am still able to go to Malaysia the next day after arriving in Jakarta. We're all happy! we laugh, we remind each other that we shouldn't forget this day ! we were sitting in a line on the plane and were all tired as hell haha. unforgettable, but please not anymore! (the situation was actually more complicated thn what I tell you here but at least this is the point ) hehe

I only spent 3 days in Malaysia, because my intention was just for the photoshoot with langston. I took the first flight to malaysia so that I arrived there in the morning cause the photoshoot was on that day. I have my friends who picked me up at the airport and took me to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang where the Photoshoot will be. They are Indonesians who are studying there. I was so lucky to have them, they were soo nice , they accompany me wherever I wanted to go, because I've never been to malaysia before, I didn't even know how kuala lumpur looks like, and I went there alone....

 ...to be continued

I will continue the story later in the next post, I hope you don't mind. Cause now I have to prepare myself, Have to meet my friend at the train station in an hour. I wish you a wonderful day, and see you :)

here is a lil sneakepak of my " gypsy in the mood " look. i will post more photo of this look later, okay. take care you there :)
